"Le Refuge du Grammont" is situated in the heart of Taneys' Natural Reserve. Protected small valley, enhanced by nature, a few km from the Rhone Valley in the Chablais region of Valais just above Vouvry, "le Refuge du Grammont" looks foreward to welcome you. The reserve is NOT accessible by car. It takes about 1 hour walk from the Flon parking.

Take the exit n° 17 Aigle-Vionnaz, than follow Vionnaz, than right towards Vouvry. Once in Vouvry, follow the direction
Miex-Taney untill you reach the Flon parking which is situated after the Miex village, it's roughly 15 minutes drive.
Vouvry is accessible by train and by the postal coach. At the Vouvry postoffice, take the Bus 53030 and get off at "Miex-Le Flon" stop.
It takes roughly 1 hour walk from the Flon parking to the "Col de Taney", than from there 10 minutes to reach "le Refuge du Grammont".

It is also possible to take a 4x4 taxi from the Flon parking to reach Taney. It's a 10 minutes ride. Rates are: 1 to 4 persons CHF 40.00, than it is CHF 10.00 per extra passenger, upto 7. In winter the Taney road is closed, therefore the taxi does not run.
